Customer cancellations

• 12+ hours before your slot: Free cancellation. No charge.
• Within 12 hours: 25% cancellation fee may apply (covers washer scheduling and prep).
• No-show or arrival denied: Full charge applies.

Reschedules

Free reschedules anytime up to 2 hours before your slot, subject to availability.

Weather

If we determine weather is unsafe or will compromise the result, we'll reach out to reschedule at no cost.

Issues with the service

If you're not happy with the result, contact us within 24 hours. We'll either return to fix it or refund the affected portion. See our satisfaction guarantee.
